Questions from parents, answered.

If you’re new to wrestling—or youth sports in general—you’re not alone. Here are answers to the most common questions we hear.

Is my child too young or too old to start wrestling?

We welcome beginners from ages 6–18. Our younger groups focus on body awareness, balance, and fun games, while older athletes learn more advanced technique and strategy. Many of our wrestlers started with zero experience.

Does my child need prior sports experience?

No prior experience is required. Our coaches break skills into simple steps and keep practices positive and structured. We emphasize effort, listening, and being a good teammate above all else.

What does it cost to join the club?

We offer simple, memberships with seasonal options. Pricing can vary slightly by season, so once you submit the interest form we’ll email you our current rate sheet before you commit to anything.

Is wrestling safe for kids?

Safety is our top priority. Practices are supervised at all times, we use proper warm-ups and technique, and we match partners by size and experience. Kids learn how to fall, move, and wrestle in a controlled, respectful way.

Prefer to talk to a coach?
